As Growth-Drivers, we believe private business is the engine for the pursuit of happiness.
Our vision is to help $1 Trillion of private businesses increase Strategic Capacity in the three dimensions of business growth:
And our mission is to invest you advisors with the knowledge, tools, and support you need to deliver client wins.
This mission is exactly why this summit exists.
Last year’s Growth-Drive Summit created something special.
It brought together growth and exit planning professionals who believe business advisory should go far beyond theory and transaction work. It created real collaboration. Real relationships. Real breakthroughs. Advisors sharpened their craft, challenged their thinking, and elevated the way they serve business owners.
This year, we’re taking it to another level.
The 2026 Growth-Drive Advisory Summit is designed to elevate the game of every advisor in the room. You know us… Think immersive workshops. Moving from theory to execution. From information to implementation. From networking to real collaboration.
And yes — this year’s summit will absolutely outdo last year’s.
The energy from the Planning Committee has been extraordinary. Thank you to Andy, Larry, Mike D, Mike G, Eric, Marie, Jemiah, Tim, Anna, and everyone contributing ideas, expertise, and real-world experience to help shape what this summit is becoming. And THANK YOU SPONSORS.

One goal became crystal clear in our planning sessions: This is a Capability Summit.
The summit is being built around the Integrated Strategic Capacity Doctrine and the real-world advisory process Growth-Drivers use to help clients lead their businesses from where they are today — perhaps operating with a mean Strategic Capacity of 54 — toward qualifying into the Asset Class through intentional growth, leadership alignment, execution, and guidance from their advisory team.
This summit brings that doctrine to life.
Participants will work in small groups through a series of guided team exercises spanning the full advisory process — from discovering strategic intent through the Analyze-Design-Execute methodology. Discussing ideas with many of you has one constant through-line: everyone wants to be read in on the entire process. Exit-planning wealth advisors want to understand and experience strategic planning and execution leadership. Whether you’re a 1 or a 5 this summit will deliver huge value. I promise.
Our focus is helping growth and exit planning professionals build the capabilities required to:
In short, this summit is about helping advisors become more effective Growth-Drivers, 1 to 5, committed to delivering the win.
This summit is intentionally different.
Every session is being designed as an interactive workshop experience.
No sitting through endless presentations.
No “talking at the audience.”
No vendor pitches.
No informercials.
Zero.
This is a working summit built for advisors who want to engage, think, collaborate, practice, build, and leave with tools they can immediately apply in the real world.
Participants will actively work through advisory scenarios, client conversations, planning frameworks, execution challenges, and strategic decision-making in real time alongside peers and facilitators. Think we’re joking? We ran last year’s 3 day event with 12 slides, and people rave about the experience. Think about it.
The emphasis is practical capability-building — not passive content consumption.
The agenda is still evolving — and that’s intentional — so here’s a broad look at where we’re headed.
This year’s summit experience is being built around the Growth-Drive advisory process and the three dimensions of growth.
Participants will move through an interactive advisory simulation built around a live business case study, designed to mirror real-world client engagements and real-world advisory challenges.
The experience will explore the full advisory journey across Analyze, Design, and Execute phases, including:
One of the biggest themes emerging from our planning discussions is this: The advisors who thrive going forward will building on their technical competence, honing their skills to confidently guide clients through the human side of growth, leadership, execution, and change.
That’s why this summit is intentionally blending technical advisory skills with the human side of advisory leadership — trust-building, communication, persuasion, emotional intelligence, and execution leadership.
This summit is designed to produce outcomes — not just inspiration.
Participants will leave with tangible deliverables they can immediately apply in their practices, for example:
Most importantly, participants will walk away with greater confidence in how to guide clients through growth and value creation.
You do not need to already be part of the Growth-Drive community to attend.
In fact, nearly one-third of last year’s participants were not yet Growth-Drivers or Certified Capacity & Clarity Drivers (C3Ds).
This summit is open to growth-minded advisors who want to learn, collaborate, sharpen their capabilities, and better serve business owners.
That said, we are intentionally keeping the room limited.
Why?
Because transformation happens in smaller rooms.
Real collaboration happens in smaller rooms.
Real conversations happen in smaller rooms.
And frankly, we want the right people in the room.
Seats are already beginning to fill.
Once we reach capacity, registration will close.
No exceptions.
If you know you want to be part of this experience, now is the time to secure your seat.
Early registration savings are currently available, and once the room fills, the doors close.
We expect this summit to sell out faster than last year.
What excites me most is not the content, it’s the caliber of the people who are leaning into this.
Growth-Drivers are makers. They are builders.
They care about helping business owners win. They care about growing profits, increasing freedom, building transferable value, and helping leadership teams execute better.
That’s the kind of room we’re building.
And I can honestly say — after listening to the planning discussions, seeing the ideas coming together, and watching the commitment of this committee — I believe this summit is going to be something truly special.
This is only a sneak peek.
The agenda is still evolving.
But the direction is clear.
We are amped.
We are committed.
And we are building an experience designed to elevate everyone’s game.
We’ll see you at the summit.
As Growth-Drivers, we believe private business is the engine for the pursuit of happiness.
