Something extraordinary is happening at Growth-Drive. And I want to give you a glimpse of where we’re headed.
For years, we’ve been building the technology and methodology to answer a deceptively simple question: What makes a business capable of delivering predictable profits, sustainable growth, and transferable equity value?
That question led us to develop CLARITY, our Strategic Capacity analysis software, and the Three Dimensions of Business Growth™. Together, they give business leaders and advisors a disciplined, data-driven way to understand a company’s ability to deliver future results with confidence.
And analysis was never the destination.
Our vision is to help $1 Trillion of private businesses increase strategic capacity in the three dimensions of business growth. Our mission has always been to help business leaders put themselves in command of profits and value.
And we’re entering an exciting new chapter in making that vision a reality.

If you’ve logged into CLARITY recently, you’ve seen the beginning of our transformation. We’ve substantially redesigned the user interface, introducing a more sophisticated, intuitive experience, inspired by the financial technology and private capital markets in which we operate.
The underlying analytical capabilities remain intact. What has changed is how we present and navigate them. This is an important milestone, but it’s really just the foundation. We’re evolving CLARITY from a powerful analytical platform into an integrated business leadership and execution system.
Think about this distinction. Today, CLARITY helps us understand a business’s Strategic Capacity. Tomorrow, it will increasingly help business leaders, their teams, and their advisors work together to increase that capacity—and measure the results. We are moving from simply generating insights and building blocks for strategic planning, to supporting CEOs, their teams, and the advisory team all focus like a clenched fist on increasing strategic capacity. To state the obvious, this a very different proposition.
Imagine logging into Growth-Drive and immediately seeing the businesses you advise, their Strategic Capacity, their financial performance, and the progress they’re making toward their strategic objectives.
More than a collection of disconnected reports. More than another static dashboard: a dynamic view of the businesses you’re helping grow.
The Business Command Center is designed to bring together Strategic Capacity, financial performance, strategic priorities, execution accountability, and progress towards the CEO’s intent. For an advisor managing multiple clients, that means portfolio-level visibility. Which businesses are advancing? Which have lost momentum? Where are emerging risks? Where should you focus your attention?
For a CEO, it means a leadership environment that connects strategic objectives to the people accountable for delivering results. And for the senior leadership team, it means something equally important: clarity about what matters, who owns it, and whether the business is making progress. We call this maintaining execution tempo.
Your BusinessFlow Scorecard is the important part of the system, connecting weekly operating performance to strategic objectives and measurable outcomes. Say it with me: Because a strategic plan without execution is just a document.
One of the most exciting developments is our ability to bring people together around a common understanding of the business. Consider a typical engagement: you the advisor are helping a CEO understand their company’s Strategic Capacity. Together, you identify opportunities to improve profitability, accelerate growth, and increase transferable value. And let's face it: delivering these results requires more than one person. It requires an integrated team including the CEO, the SLT, you as the lead advisor, and potentially subject matter experts brought in for specific projects.
The CEO needs the senior leadership team. The advisor may need a fractional CFO, a marketing specialist, an operations expert, or an investment banker. And the people actually responsible for implementing change may be several organizational levels removed from the CEO. Today, this collaboration often happens across spreadsheets, emails, meetings, and disconnected software. Our vision is to bring the macro team together inside one coordinated leadership environment.
The advisor can invite the CEO. The CEO can involve the leadership team. Specialized advisors can be brought into specific initiatives. Responsibilities, key results, and performance indicators can be assigned to the people doing the work. With appropriate permissions, everyone can operate from a shared understanding of the business and its priorities. What will you have? The Integrated Strategic Capacity Doctrine brought to life through technology. And importantly, we’re designing it to work whether you’re advising one business, managing a portfolio of clients, or overseeing hundreds of companies.
Now let’s talk about something that has me particularly excited: Artificial Intelligence is fundamentally changing what’s possible. We’ve already introduced CLAIRE AI into the Growth-Drive ecosystem. Today, CLAIRE helps users work with our methodology, interpret information, and develop insights. And we’re just getting started.
You will have the infrastructure to enable CLAIRE to interact more directly and securely with CLARITY’s data and capabilities. Imagine an AI collaborator that understands the company’s Strategic Capacity, financial performance, strategic intent, leadership discussions, and execution priorities. Imagine CLAIRE helping an advisor prepare for a client meeting, identifying stalled initiatives, drafting a strategic plan, or highlighting inconsistencies between what leadership says it wants and what the business is actually doing. We’re pursuing integrations with financial systems, meeting transcripts, and other relevant business information to make that possible. And as AI agents become more capable, we envision them assisting with increasingly sophisticated workflows, reducing administrative work while improving the quality and timeliness of insights. You will ahve the infrastructure you need to double the volume of clients with whom you work, while staying sane and increasing quality and impact.
There’s an important principle baked in: AI should augment human judgment, not replace leadership accountability. People will remain responsible for decisions, approvals, and results. The technology should make them more capable, better informed, and more effective. We haven't introduced AI for its own sake. We have deployed CLAIRE, and continue to invest in expanding her capabilities to make the entire process of building Strategic Capacity easier, faster, and more effective.
We’re also expanding our analytical capabilities. Industry and sector benchmarking, confidence indicators, enhanced valuation analysis, and richer financial data will help users better understand where a business stands relative to its potential. We’re combining your Equity Value Planner and Simulator capabilities into a more integrated scenario-planning experience.
What happens to equity value if profitability improves? What if Strategic Capacity increases? What if the business stays on its current trajectory? These are enormously consequential questions for business owners. We want you to confidently answer them with increasingly sophisticated analysis, grounded in data and transparent assumptions.
Over time subscribers will leverage our understanding of the relationship between Strategic Capacity, execution, financial performance, and equity value. That has implications far beyond any individual engagement: it speaks directly to our ambition to help establish Strategic Capacity as an important standard in the private capital markets.
Our development team is moving at a remarkable pace, supported by AI-assisted engineering, testing, and quality assurance. We’re also deliberately designing an infrastructure that can evolve as AI capabilities advance.
Some of what I’ve described is already available. Other capabilities are actively being developed, and still others represent our longer-term vision. We’ll introduce them progressively as they’re ready, rather than waiting for one enormous release.
And here’s something I want to emphasize: much of this vision has been shaped by you.
This community has challenged us, identified opportunities, shared their experiences, and helped us understand what actually happens inside client engagements. You all are literally helping design the future of Growth-Drive.
Our vision is to help create $1 trillion of incremental business value. That’s a big number. Yet it is only 10% of our TAM. Think about what happens when thousands of businesses improve their ability to generate profits, grow sustainably, and create transferable equity value. Think about the impact on business owners, employees, families, communities, and the private capital markets. What's so cool is that evolving technologies are giving us the opportunity to scale this impact in ways that simply weren’t possible a few years ago.
We’re not building another assessment tool. We’re building the infrastructure for a new way to lead, advise, and grow businesses.
And the most exciting part?
We’re just getting started. Join us. -George
