The Bionic Plan: Marrying Strategy and *AI*

Does AI matter? You bet it does. Everyone is talking about it. But is anyone making sense, or are they just making noise? “You’re talking a lot, but you’re not saying anything”, as David Byrne would say. 

Bottom line up front: Generative AI is a tool, not a magic solution. Making AI relevant is like a Texas 2-Step: (1) You need specific operational and financial data to feed to the generative AI machine;  (2) you need powerful AI prompts that will make your plans stand up and your services punch hard.
